Role includes:
Customer service Store support Product organization Helping with Whatnot/TikTok live shows Pulling products during live sales Packing/fulfillment support Light content/social support Must be: Reliable Good with people Comfortable on camera or around live selling Into fashion, eyewear, streetwear, or culture Available Thursday-Sunday Part-time. Located inside Miami Beach's iconic Goodtime Hotel, we combine retail, content creation, live commerce, and social selling to create a unique shopping experience both in-store and online. We're looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Retail & Live Commerce Assistant to support our growing Miami operation. Responsibilities Assist customers in-store and provide exceptional customer service Support daily store operations and maintain store presentation Pull, organize, and merchandise product Assist during Whatnot and TikTok live-selling events Pack and ship online orders Help manage inventory and stock organization Create and assist with social media and content initiatives Support event, creator, and influencer activities when needed Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with customers Interest in fashion, eyewear, streetwear, luxury goods, or social media Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in retail, hospitality, social media, or e-commerce is a plus Schedule Part-Time Thursday through Sunday Flexible hours based on store and live-selling schedules Compensation $18-$22 per hour based on experience Opportunity for performance bonuses Growth opportunities within retail, e-commerce, and live commerce Why Join Us?
