This position is best suited for candidates with hands-on experience supporting customers and managing day-to-day operations on online selling platforms such as eBay, Whatnot, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and similar e-commerce channels. Responsibilities Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Handle returns, refunds, exchanges, disputes, and order-related issues Assist customers with delivery questions and shipping concerns Print shipping labels and support order processing activities Monitor customer satisfaction and marketplace account performance Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Create, edit, and manage product listings across multiple platforms Assist with inventory management and listing maintenance Work with various e-commerce tools and software platforms Support general e-commerce operations as needed Required Qualifications Previous e-commerce customer service experience is required Hands-on experience with eBay is required Experience with Whatnot is preferred Experience with TikTok Shop is preferred Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, or Shopify is a plus Experience handling online orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, disputes, and shipping-related issues Experience creating, editing, and managing product listings Experience printing shipping labels and processing orders Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Excellent written English communication skills Preferred Traits Fast learner with strong attention to detail Strong multitasking and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Highly organized and dependable Self-motivated and able to work independently Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and positive attitude Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has direct experience working within e-commerce marketplaces and understands the complete customer service process, including customer communication, returns, refunds, disputes, shipping, label creation, listing management, and marketplace operations. Candidates with experience across multiple e-commerce platforms will be most successful in this role. We are looking for someone who can quickly become productive, take ownership of responsibilities, and help deliver an excellent customer experience across our online sales channels
