Job Description

Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist (Team Stores & E-Commerce) Williams Athletics | Part-Time or Full-Time We are expanding nationwide and looking for a high-level Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist who can help us build, launch, and grow custom team stores for sports teams, schools, and organizations. This is not just a design role. You'll play a key part in creating products, launching stores, and driving sales.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Design logos, uniforms, and fanwear graphics for teams and organizations Build and launch custom online team stores (fanwear + uniforms) Prepare production-ready artwork (screen print, embroidery, sublimation) Create high-converting mockups and product visuals Develop marketing content (ads, emails, social media) to drive store sales Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) Assist with website updates and improvements (Shopify or similar platforms) Collaborate with our team to improve store performance and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (this is non-negotiable) Ability to design AND think commercially (what actually sells) Highly organized with strong time management and deadline execution Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged Bonus Points (Highly Valuable): Experience with team sports apparel or custom clothing Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, or sublimation workflows Experience building or managing team stores (InkSoft, Shopify, etc.) Understanding of e-commerce, conversion, and marketing strategy Ability to create ads that actually drive sales (not just look good) Why Williams Athletics?
