The ideal candidate will have experience with online sales, product listings, customer service, inventory management, and marketplace growth strategies. This role is responsible for maximizing sales performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient store operations. Key Responsibilities Create, optimize, and manage eBay product listings Research pricing trends and competitor activity Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Process orders, shipping, returns, and customer inquiries promptly Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate restocking Upload product photos and write compelling product descriptions Handle customer service issues professionally and maintain positive seller ratings Manage promotions, discounts, and eBay advertising campaigns Track store analytics and prepare sales reports Ensure compliance with eBay policies and marketplace standards Qualifications Previous experience managing an eBay store or online marketplace Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub and listing tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of shipping platforms and inventory systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic photography and photo editing skills preferred Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience with cross-platform selling (Amazon, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings Familiarity with sourcing products and resale strategies Experience running eBay promoted listings and ad campaigns Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience Performance bonuses and sales incentives Flexible scheduling opportunities Employee discounts and growth opportunities How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience managing online sales platforms and any examples of successful eBay stores or sales growth you have achieved.
