Savannah, GA or Houston, TX Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic Logistics Supervisor (eCommerce) to join our growing team in a dynamic B2B and B2C eCommerce environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on logistics or 3PL experience, individuals familiar with Amazon delivery metrics and vendor/ seller scorecards, or motivated graduates with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field who are eager to launch or advance their Supply Chain career with an established organisation. You will manage end-to-end operations across supported by (3PL) partners, overseeing international container receipts, timely outbound fulfillment for major retailers (including Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and Target), and returns processing. Working closely with freight forwarders, drayage providers, 3PL teams, and domestic carriers, you will optimize processes, drive SOP compliance, and deliver exceptional delivery speed in our fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, with significant opportunities for professional growth and development. Essential Functions 3PL Partner Management •

Drive SOP Compliance:

Ensure agreed SOP's are met for drayage, container receipt, order picking, packing, and timely shipment, aligning with the compliance standards of retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. •

Performance Optimisation:

Conduct regular 3PL process audits with 3PL's, develop data driven action plans, and lead weekly performance calls to ensure alignment with B2B retailer timelines and KPI's. •

Inventory Oversight:

Coordinate weekly on-site cycle counts and perform daily visual stock assessments (3PL handling), implementing solutions including re-taping, re-packing, re-stacking, as needed. Inbound Management •

Streamline Container Flow:

Partner with 3PL's to manage terminal operations, and drayage providers, to minimise delays, chassis days, and avoid penalties. •

Priority Coordination:

Collaborate with 3PL and Order Management to prioritise container pulls based on business needs. •

Visibility & Reporting:

Prepare reports tracking container lifecycle from DO release to empty returns, including trigger points for action. •

EDI Transmissions:

Ensure timely order drop times with internal team, and container receipt logging & day end ASN receipts in ERP with 3PL (e.g., MS Dynamics 365) Outbound Shipment •

Fulfillment Efficiency:

Ensure 3PLs complete picking, packing, and shipping within retailer SLA's (e.g. Amazon's 24-hour fulfillment SLA), proactively resolving unshipped orders. •

Carrier Collaboration:

Work with carriers to secure adequate trailers & timely pickups. •

Compliance Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of B2B retailer routing guides and vendor portals, supporting 3PLs to produce accurate shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and other compliance documentation to avoid chargebacks or warehouse suspensions. Returns & Customer Service •

Returns Processing:

Oversee on-site returns processing, including sorting, inspecting for damage, returns to inventory and coordinating disposal of defective items. •

Packaging Inventory:

Manage replacement packaging inventory, collaborating with Asia-based production teams for timely replenishment. Qualifications & Required Experience •

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates with enthusiasm for Supply Chain are encouraged to apply. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship. •

Experience:

2+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, or a related sales/customer service environment is preferred, particularly in B2B/B2C eCommerce serving major retailers or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco). •

Technical Skills:

Strong Excel/reporting skills supported by clear verbal and written communication. Knowledge of ocean shipping, freight forwarders, drayage, and 3PL operations is a plus. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365) is beneficial. •

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment.
