in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Position Overview The person in this role needs to be a results-driven eCommerce and Campaigns Manager with demonstrated experience across SaaS platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and Salesforce CRM. Lead the building and management of digital campaigns, automations, and website enhancements that drive interest, enable conversion, and strengthen customer relationships. Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Commercial teams. Focus will be improving user-facing site features, supporting campaign execution, and leveraging automations to optimize buyer journeys. Manage the day-to-day presentation of products, images, and descriptions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring our site reflects current priorities and enhances customer experience.
