We have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled eCommerce Specialist to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position, working onsite at our corporate office located in Aurora, IL. Job Summary Processing ecommerce orders from several of our key accounts. Assisting new or existing online customers when they encounter questions or challenges throughout the customer journey. From initial order entry, you will manage all steps of these transactions with the goal of 5-star reviews from each third-party seller. Key Responsibility's Manage daily operations across eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Michaels, etc.) Enter and process orders accurately into our ERP system Resolve order-related issues such as missing information, duplicate orders, or payment concerns Monitor order status and follow up on delays or exceptions Assist with returns, cancellations, and order adjustments as needed Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and billing details Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images) Monitor inventory levels, fulfillment performance, and stock forecasting Analyze sales performance and marketplace KPIs Ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve account issues Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Communicate with retailers and consumers verbally and in writing Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple SKUs Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Ability to multi-task Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are 7.5 hours each day and overtime as needed, evenings, and weekends may occasionally be required. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities at this time. Travel Travel is not required. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) 1-3 years of experience in order entry, eCommerce, or administrative support Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, Big Commerce) or ERP systems is a plus Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Preferred Education and Experience 1+ year of hands-on experience working on eCommerceaccounts Direct experience with at least one: Amazon Seller Central (required in most cases) Walmart Marketplace Michaels Marketplace or similar niche channels Strong understanding of: SEO for product listings Order Entry into ERP system Experience with inventory/fulfillment workflows (FBA, FBM, WFS, etc.) Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis Experience launching new SKUs on marketplaces Managing catalog issues or account health Knowledge of marketplace tools: Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Michaels Market Place, Big Commerce Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States.
