We are a growing business seeking a dedicated, business-oriented Bilingual E-Commerce Listing & Operations Lead to join our close-knit team. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management Team Supervision & Mentorship:
Lead, train, and mentor junior listing and shipping associates. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide ongoing performance feedback.
Workflow Coordination:
Oversee daily team schedules and delegate tasks across the digital listing, photography, and shipping departments to maximize efficiency and meet strict daily deadlines.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing inventory, listing, and shipping workflows. Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce errors, cut costs, and improve fulfillment times.
Performance Tracking:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, such as daily listing volumes, search ranking improvements, shipping accuracy, and return rates.
Escalation & Customer Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers- providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish—while effectively managing complex customer inquiries, marketplace policy changes, and inventory or order discrepancies. Customer Engagement .Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process. Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and digital platforms. Operations & Order Management Manage customer orders, scheduling, and data entry with a high level of accuracy. Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of requests and transactions. Digital & Marketing Support Assist with managing and updating the company's social media accounts. Create or post basic content such as promotions, announcements, and updates. Help maintain and update the company website, including product information, service updates, or content changes. Maintain and grow the company's digital presence across key platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X); create engaging, platform-specific content (videos, posts, and stories) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Technology & Systems Utilize computer systems, email platforms, and internal software tools to manage daily operations. Use tools such as Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, or administrative tasks. Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies or systems used by the business. Ownership & Initiative Take initiative on projects and daily tasks without constant supervision. Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth. QualificationsRequired Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using social media platforms for business purposes. Ability to assist with basic website updates or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Weekend availability and minimal travel involved Preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or administrative support. Experience managing business social media accounts or website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.). Experience working in a small business environment. Work Conditions Sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment. Fast-paced work environment.
