Premier Dentist Partners Job Summary:
As Credentialing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental office by ensuring accurate and complete payer enrollment, participation and fee schedule management.
Responsibilities:
Manage payer participation for all Premier partner dentists and locations Maintain accurate effective date tracker for submitted applications and provide follow-up to stake holders Maintain inventory of fee schedules, including annual updates, etc Ensure correct Fee schedule attachment by payers to providers Manage Fee Schedule assignments in PMS system Work with billing team to resolve claims related to credentialing issues Manage vendor relationships as required. Additional projects or initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus. 3+ years of experience in dental credentialing in a multi-state DSO. Experience with credentialing application software, DentalxChange preferred Proficiency in various practice management software, as well as Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must work collaboratively with Operations and other RCM team members.
Compensation:
Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and performance bonus
