Bay Listing Management Listing Creation:
Draft accurate, engaging product titles, descriptions, and item specifics for eBay.
SEO Optimization:
Utilize strategic keywords in titles and descriptions to boost search rankings and maximize search visibility.
Photography:
Take, edit, and upload clear product photos highlighting features, conditions, and any flaws.
Market Research:
Investigate competitor listings and completed sales to determine optimal market value and competitive pricing.
Inventory Tracking:
Track stock levels, update listings, and remove sold items using spreadsheets or inventory software.
Assemble packages and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items securely, inserting them into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels.
Logistics & Equipment:
Operate and maintain an automatic mail processing machine (mail meter) for outbound mail. Maneuver packages safely using appropriate equipment or assistance.
Package Tracking:
Utilize a digital tracking system to properly log the receipt, status, and release of all packages.
Problem Solving:
Conduct investigative research to resolve packages and mail with unknown recipients or routing issues.
Area Maintenance:
Maintain convenience packing areas by keeping them clean, organized, and well-stocked with insulation, boxes, and tape.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is required to support our diverse customer base. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional focus to ensure product specifications, condition notes, and pricing match the physical item perfectly to minimize returns.
Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with the eBay Seller Center, listing tools, and marketplace policies. Experience with business social media accounts or website platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X etc.).
Digital Skills:
Basic copywriting skills for clear, grammatically correct descriptions and comfort using basic camera/photo editing tools.
Technical Savvy:
Comfortable tracking data using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and learning internal inventory systems.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to stand for extended periods, manage physical warehouse mail duties, and safely lift/maneuver packages.
Schedule:
