We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Ecommerce Product Catalog Specialist to help keep our product catalog accurate, updated, and easy for customers to use. Position Overview The Ecommerce Product Catalog Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating products on our ecommerce website. This includes adding new products, removing discontinued items, updating pricing, uploading images, editing product descriptions, organizing categories, and making sure product information is accurate. This is not a website development or technical support role . Qualifications Experience with ecommerce product uploads, catalog management, product data, or administrative data entry Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with large product lists and spreadsheets Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Strong organizational skills Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines Good written communication skills Comfortable learning ecommerce platforms and product management systems Preferred Experience Experience working with thousands of SKUs or product listings Experience with B2B ecommerce, distribution, medical supplies, industrial supplies, or government sales Experience updating product pricing, images, descriptions, and specifications Familiarity with ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, or product databases Experience using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, or bulk CSV uploads
