Job Summary:
The part-time Business Office Assistant position is responsible for assisting as the administrative support of day-to-day Business Office operations and duties to include collections, maintenance of Resident Trust Fund, and Electronic Records Maintenance.
Pay:
$18-$22 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage document imaging processes, including scanning, electronic filing, and records maintenance. Assist with day-to-day maintenance of Resident Trust Fund Assist with facility office supply ordering Assist with Resident statement/billing as needed Participate in collection process Ability to conduct sensitive conversations with residents and family members with empathy, discretion, and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality. Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Works well independently and in group settings Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required. Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and consistently meet deadlines. Demonstrates proficiency with computers, software applications, and digital workplace technologies. Maintain professional and courteous communication in all electronic correspondence.
Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. This is not a remote position.
