Overview Join our dynamic team as a Summer Dealership Assistant and dive into the fast-paced world of automotive retail and service! Responsibilities Assist with general office and administrative tasks File, organize, and maintain dealership records and documents Scan and digitize paperwork for electronic storage Support various departments with miscellaneous projects and daily operations Help organize storage areas, offices, and workspaces Provide support to the Parts Department, including organizing parts and stocking inventory Move supplies, equipment, and materials as directed Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to file, scan, and manage documents accurately Good communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to follow instructions and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic
