Job Description
Our team is looking to add an eCommerce Specialist. We are looking for someone with experience to develop and execute strategies to build our brand's presence and sales in the online marketplace, overseeing product listings, marketing campaigns, and customer experience to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels, including our website and third-party platforms. Analyze market data to inform strategy, manage budgets, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Management:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing, to increase visibility and sales.Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Brand Strategy:
Define and maintain our brand's identity and story in the digital space to connect with customers and build loyalty.Product Listing Management:
Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, optimal pricing, and strategic use of features like best seller tags to improve performance. Customer Experience (CX): Ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all digital touchpoints, from website navigation to checkout and customer service.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal and external teams to align branding efforts and achieve business objectives.Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer profiles to inform brand strategy.Essential Skills and Qualifications Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce operations and campaigns.Strategic Thinking:
Capacity to develop comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that align with business goals.Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team, managing content, and reporting on performance.Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Expertise in digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content management.Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects through various stages of development, ensuring timely execution.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics), and potentially design software.Entrepreneurial Attitude:
A proactive, energetic approach to developing our brands and driving growth in a competitive online environment.Requirements:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- An interest in art is a plus
