E-commerce Coordinator Alfalfa Nail supply - 2.3 Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Customer communication E-commerce Full Job Description The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing website operations, processing online orders, updating products and promotions, and assisting customers with online purchases. This position works closely with the sales, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience Key Responsibilities Website & Shopify Management Manage and update company's e-commerce website through Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory, pages, banners, collections, landing pages, etc Set up website promotions to support marketing campaigns and seasonal events Configure and maintain basic e-commerce functions on the Shopify platform to support daily business e-commerce operations Online Order Processing & Customer Support Process and monitor website orders daily Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping, resolve order issues when needed Assist customers with website-related issues and order inquiries Marketing & Coordination Support Assist with online promotions and seasonal campaigns Work with sales and marketing teams on website improvements Qualifications Previous experience with Shopify, e-commerce, customer service, or order processing preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Shopify experience Experience in beauty, nail supply, or salon industry Experience with product uploads or website management Vietnamese language skills are a plus, but not required Benefits 401K Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Stable, long-term opportunity with growing company Schedule Monday -
