JOB TITLE
E-Commerce Coordinator
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting, reviewing, and downloading daily ecommerce orders from the company's website. Preparing ecommerce orders for release to production teams, based on inventory availability, to pick and pull products from the warehouse and pack product per customer's instructions and ship within an established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe. The E-Commerce Coordinator will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Marketing, Information Technology and Finance departments to achieve results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews company's ecommerce site for orders entered from customers. Print, review and coordinate daily ecommerce orders for production release. Must work effectively with cross-functional team members. Works closely with Warehouse Production Teams to pull, pack and ship Ecommerce orders. The ability to be accurate and focus on attention to details will be critical for this role. Reviews and coordinates all ecommerce returns and exchanges for all 3 lines. Monitors and responds to all ecommerce customer emails. Focus on continuous improvement and use of technology to drive efficiency. Provides technical support to automation devices, tools, and systems. Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. 3+ years of related ecommerce experience. Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly under the established shipping standards. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, to prioritize work and resolve issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems. Ability to understand lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment. Ability to lift 50lbs frequently. Flexible and adaptable with a schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, some weekends with occasional after-hours requirements. Excellent written and communication skills. Team player with good customer service skills. Ability to read, speak and write the English language. Must have great attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation to work each day.
