As we continue to grow, strong platform management is becoming even more important to our success. We're looking for someone who can take real ownership of our marketplace presence and help drive better performance across platforms. Position Overview As our Platform Manager, you will be responsible for managing our listings and overall marketplace presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role combines day-to-day execution with ongoing optimization, with a strong focus on keeping listings accurate, competitive, and consistent while improving performance across channels. You will oversee listing quality, marketplace health, promotions, and platform-related updates, while helping identify issues and improving how our products show up and perform online. By owning these areas well, you will help reduce costly mistakes, improve consistency across marketplaces, and create more opportunity for growth, directly impacting our visibility, conversion, and success across every platform we sell on. You are confident working across e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and digital tools, and you use available resources to troubleshoot and improve before escalating issues. What You'll Do Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, and other marketplaces Own listing accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms, including titles, bullets, descriptions, specs, images, variations, categories, and attributes Monitor marketplace health and performance, including traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, suppressed listings, low stock, and account issues, and take action to improve results Identify underperforming listings and platform issues, determine root causes, and implement timely improvements to SEO, product presentation, and listing structure Submit, track, troubleshoot, and verify promotions to ensure they are launched correctly and performing as intended Make proactive recommendations around pricing, merchandising, promotions, and listing strategy based on data and platform trends Coordinate updates, fixes, content changes, and launch readiness with internal team members and outside support to ensure work is completed accurately and on time Basic Requirements Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces either personally or professionally Strong understanding of listing management, product content, and marketplace standards Previous experience managing marketplace performance, not just maintaining listings Understanding of pricing strategy, promotional planning, and inventory-aware decision-making Confident using Google Sheets or Excel for tracking, analysis, and organization Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management, organization, and follow-through Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work independently and maintain momentum without close supervision Bonus If You Have Experience with SEO, listing audits, merchandising, or conversion-focused optimization Familiarity with platform issues such as suppressed listings, variation problems, promo errors, or compliance flags Experience coordinating with freelancers, vendors, or outside support Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person
