Job Description

The applicant must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative and a team player who can grow and add value to our company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute total fulfillment process for web sales orders daily.
  • Track returns and refunds.
  • Actively monitor shipment delivery dates.
  • Scheduling & follow up customer delivery, reviews, and feedback.
  • Manage and re-order inventory looking for the most cost effective options.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc), Email, Internet
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Minimum 1 year's work experience in eCommerce or customer service operations
  • Must be very detail oriented.

From $18.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
