E-Commerce Hub Supervisor

Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Hub Supervisor to join our team. This advanced-level position will lead our local e-commerce operations, driving success through strategic oversight of our online sales initiatives. Working in consultation with the ARC Command eCommerce Strategy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while optimizing our online presence and sales performance. What You'll Do Lead and supervise the entire eCommerce Hub Team, including shippers, listers, processors, customer service representatives, and the assistant supervisor Drive productivity and maintain quality standards across all e-commerce operations Oversee the complete sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping Train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence Manage online listings and optimize product presentation for maximum sales Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements Ensure exceptional customer service for online and local pickup customers Working Environment You'll work in a dynamic setting that combines office, warehouse, and store environments.
