We're seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Hub Supervisor to join our team. This advanced-level position will lead our local e-commerce operations, driving success through strategic oversight of our online sales initiatives. Working in consultation with the ARC Command eCommerce Strategy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while optimizing our online presence and sales performance. What You'll Do Lead and supervise the entire eCommerce Hub Team, including shippers, listers, processors, customer service representatives, and the assistant supervisor
Drive productivity and maintain quality standards across all e-commerce operations
Oversee the complete sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
Train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
Manage online listings and optimize product presentation for maximum sales
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Ensure exceptional customer service for online and local pickup customers Working Environment

What You'll Need Proven experience in eCommerce operations and online sales management
Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated supervisory experience
Advanced knowledge of eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
