The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping JAUS's operational foundation and ensuring our customers experience the fast, seamless delivery they expect from a modern fashion brand. About the Role The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations for JAUS in Rochester Hills. This role ensures orders are fulfilled efficiently, inventory is meticulously managed, and the warehouse functions as a well-organized, scalable environment. You will lead daily operations, manage a small but growing team, and drive operational excellence as JAUS accelerates its US presence. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, enjoys building systems, and wants to influence the growth of a rapidly expanding brand. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment & Dispatch Excellence Oversee accurate, on-time picking, packing, and shipping of all online orders Ensure daily cutoffs are consistently met (same-day or next-day fulfillment) Partner with Customer Experience to prioritise urgent orders and resolve issues Maintain packaging standards and manage supply levels Inventory & Stock Management Lead stock receiving, restocking, cycle counts, and warehouse-to-store transfers Maintain inventory accuracy across Shopify and internal systems Ensure all products are tagged, barcoded, and processed efficiently Identify discrepancies and drive corrective action Team Leadership Manage and support Warehouse Assistant(s) Delegate daily priorities and monitor task completion Assist with hiring, onboarding, and hands-on training Build a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability Warehouse Operations & Improvements Maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-focused warehouse layout Develop and refine workflows and SOPs to support scalability Oversee returns, damages, and quality control processes Identify operational gaps and implement improvements Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Customer Service on shipping expectations and issue resolution Collaborate with the Boutique team on restocks and transfers Liaise with the Founder to align on systems and processes Communicate trends, fast movers, stock issues, and warehouse insights Ideal Candidate You'll excel in this role if you have: At least 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment (fashion or retail a plus) Strong understanding of inventory systems (Shopify experience ideal) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Confidence leading and motivating junior team members A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation High-impact role with ownership Staff discounts Collaborative and supportive team environment Ability to shape and improve systems as we scale A dynamic work environment with space for initiative and innovation
