Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning teams across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting both employees and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in accountability, communication, and building a strong team culture. If youre someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and help grow a team, were looking to bring you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned locationsMaintain and enforce company quality standards at all job sitesConduct regular quality control checks and ensure consistencyBuild and maintain strong team morale and a positive work environmentCreate and manage weekly employee performance reportsAddress employee issues, issue write-ups, and manage policy violationsAssist with scheduling coordination and staff accountabilityCommunicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concernsAct as a point of contact between staff and company leadership

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Must be available during early morning hours (aligned with cleaning shifts starting at 2:00 AM)Schedule may vary depending on operational needsSome weekend availability requiredFlexibility is important as workload and staffing needs may change

Requirements:

Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple locations and teams effectivelyReliable, organized, and detail-orientedComfortable addressing performance issues and enforcing policiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyDependable attendance and punctuality
