This role requires a mature, professional, and non-judgmental attitude toward the product category. All work is handled discreetly and professionally. What You'll Be Doing

• Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Printing shipping labels and dropping off packages at carrier locations
• Responding to customer emails and Amazon messages (basic inquiries, order status, returns)
• Assisting with simple marketing tasks such as scheduling social media posts, reaching out to influencers, or organizing product photos
• Keeping inventory counts updated and flagging low stock
• Jumping in wherever needed, startups move fast and no two days are the same What We're Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic apps (Google Sheets, Gmail)
• Strong written communication, friendly, empathetic, and professional tone
• Self-starter who can follow instructions without needing constant supervision
• Ability to handle sensitive customer inquiries with discretion and care
• Prior experience in shipping, retail, or customer service is a plus but NOT required — we'll train you Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or any e-commerce platform
• Familiarity with Canva or social media scheduling tools
• An interest in wellness industry, tech gadgets, or consumer electronics What We Offer
