E-Commerce Inventory Manager

Overview:

Ultra PRO is the leading brand of memorabilia collecting and tabletop gaming accessories, and photo and scrapbooking albums and pages. We have been designing and manufacturing top quality products since 1952 and our brands are recognized for its high-quality standards and design innovations. The Inventory Manager position will be supporting the Ultra Pro websites and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) in the replenishment, forecasting, and movement of inventory. This position will also include some creation of product content, promotions, graphical assets, and attribute creation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and create product replenishment for the Amazon and other marketplace accounts. Create product transfers and Amazon FBA inventory fulfillment to maintain and grow Amazon sales across all Amazon stores, including domestic and international marketplaces. Provide forecasting to Product Management. Stay up-to-date on new product releases, making sure that inventory is available to purchase on all relevant channels on the first available day. Responsible for adding new products to the marketplaces including images, product content, video, A+, content, category structure, attributes, and pricing information. Maintain and update department product forecasts in the Company ERP and/or spreadsheets. Collaborate with the retail team to split the Company's overall inventory as agreed between the teams. Collaborate with Control Room / Warehouse teams to see that transfers are shipped timely, complete, and received at the intended destination. Monitor Amazon to ensure they receive the appropriate shipment quantity, and the products are received into FBA warehouses correctly. Create international shipments with third-party logistic companies while having a thorough understanding of lead times and customs requirements. Analyze marketplaces for new product opportunities and product variations that lead to sales growth. Compile, analyze, and present sales reports on a monthly and annual basis. Possess in-depth understanding of SKU Economics and profit margins after item cost, seller fees, marketing funds, etc. Utilize software tools like Helium 10, SmartScout, ChannelMax, etc. Manage another person(s) (employee, consultant, contractor, etc.) to help create product replenishment transfer to maintain a sellable inventory for the Shopify Ultrapro.com business. Promote Company policies and participate in required Company-wide programs as directed. Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Participate in training and meetings to keep abreast of new product launches and industry trends. Attend Company meetings and events as needed. Demonstrate good judgment and escalate practical matters to management with an understanding of the job responsibilities and knowledge of how it impacts others and the business operations. Excellent communication and interaction skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

College Degree preferred but not required. At least 4 years of prior experience in an E-commerce work environment. Knowledge and first-hand experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus web platforms. Strong understanding and experience in using Excel spreadsheets. Experience with Marketplace tools like Helium 10, JungleScout, SmartScout, ChannelMax, etc. Experience with Wrike software is strongly desired. This position requires a highly detailed individual with a strong focus. May require some travel, although minimal.
