At Outlandish Digital, we help brands scale their business, improve performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities through the TikTok Shop platform. We're currently looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of online commerce. Previous TikTok Shop experience is helpful, but not required, we provide hands-on training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for assigned TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, order flow, and account health Track account performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to increase sales and engagement Act as the primary contact for brand partners, ensuring strong communication and excellent service Coordinate with internal teams such as creators, livestream, and operations to support account growth Assist with promotional campaigns, launches, and TikTok Shop platform initiatives Complete onboarding and training focused on TikTok Shop systems, tools, and growth strategies

Qualifications:

Interest in TikTok, e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills 0-1+ years of TikTok Shop, account management, e-commerce, or related experience Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations Experience with Shopify, Amazon, CRM systems, or online marketplaces is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Must be able to work U.S. business hours (EST preferred) Why Outlandish Digital?
