Job Description

Job Overview The E-Commerce Catalog Manager is the owner and steward of a defined catalog of SKUs sold across our digital sales channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that each item in their catalog is merchandised correctly, priced strategically, visually compelling, and positioned to meet performance expectations. This individual is expected to know their products inside and out—how they're presented, how they're performing, how they compare to competitors, and what actions are needed to drive success. The Catalog Manager proactively monitors trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and takes ownership of both corrective and growth-oriented initiatives, from inventory planning to creative problem-solving. Job Description Identify and monitor top competitors to items within your portfolio to assess threats and opportunities. Analyze sales trends to identify items that are over or under performing relative to expectations, and define plans of action to address outliers in either direction. Review forecasts and historical data to anticipate demand changes and seasonality. Create and manage purchase orders for items within your portfolio to meet demand based on forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Business-related degree is ideal, but not required) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Minimum of 2 years of experience in the
E-Commerce Space Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM What You'll do in a

Ensure product pages are accurate, complete, and visually optimized across all websites. Maintain correct product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery. Conduct regular page audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion, visibility, and retail pricing.
