Title Operations Manager 3 (eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist) Client Fortune 50 Company Location Englewood Cliffs, NJ Schedule Monday - Friday, Onsite (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Type Full-time, Ongoing W2 Contract, 6-Month Assignment, New Role & Possible Extensions Pay Rate $40.00/hour, with overtime pay and a half Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life, Disability, 1 Week of Paid Sick Leave, No PTO but able to take off Summary Our client is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist to support daily operations within a high-volume online order environment. This role focuses on managing fulfillment workflows, ensuring order accuracy, and improving operational efficiency across the order lifecycle. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional with strong experience in order management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within eCommerce or fulfillment environments. The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist will work closely with business, supply chain, customer support, and technical teams to resolve order issues, analyze performance trends, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven operations team while driving process improvements and supporting large-scale fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Operations & Order Management Monitor and manage daily fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Maintain visibility into all orders in the pipeline and ensure data accuracy across systems Identify and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and fulfillment risks Data Analysis & Process Improvement Analyze order data across internal and partner systems to identify trends and issues Develop insights to improve order accuracy, efficiency, and operational performance Identify customer pain points within the delivery and installation lifecycle and support improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business, supply chain, customer support, and technical teams to resolve operational issues Support resolution of logistical, technical, and payment-related challenges Contribute to process enhancements and system improvements Forecasting & Performance Metrics Develop and manage volume forecasting for logistics and capacity planning Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure operational excellence Recommend strategies for continuous improvement Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, eCommerce operations, or related functions Experience working in high-volume order management environments Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in order management and fulfillment operations Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Advanced Excel skills Experience with Alteryx Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Tableau Six Sigma certification Experience supporting large-scale eCommerce operations #LI-JH1
