Job Description

Key Responsibilities Own the creative development process including insight generation, competitive analysis, hypothesis formulation and testing, and legal review. Manage Senior Designer's design & development process to produce best in class content that provides incremental conversion and customer experience improvement. Relentlessly pursue conversion improvement across key SKUs and key activations. Identify ecommerce conquest opportunities where our products can outcompete. Own and manage daily operations of the PIM (Salsify & Syndigo), upload A+/B+ content and ensure content is syndicating to priority retailers. Execute ratings & reviews programs and syndicate reviews to retailers. Assist the CX Manager in management of a brand portfolio within eCommerce channel in the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability. Support the Cx Manager to develop, recommend and lead the execution of all marketing mix elements. Execute / manage effective launches within the brand portfolio on the eCommerce channel 100% on time. Analyze performance along consumer experience, user feedback metrics on a continuous basis using tools available and work with the eCommerce team to ensure the right interventions are done to improve performance. Work with the eCommerce media team to drive agreed KPIs for the brand portfolio with focus on ROAS and incrementality Own and utilize consumer insights and category trends from a portfolio POV across eCommerce channel utilizing the available tools and studies.
