Company Description Lusso by Lisa is a luxury resale brand based in Bergen County, NJ, with a strong presence in New York City through curated pop-up markets and private client sales. We specialize in authentic designer luxury at below-retail pricing, including rare, sold-out, and hard-to-find pieces from top fashion houses. Through livestream commerce, social media, e-commerce, and in-person events, we create a high-energy luxury shopping experience for a loyal and growing customer base. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role in Paramus, NJ, for an experienced Luxury Livestream Sales Moderator / E-Commerce Operator. This is a sales-driving, execution-focused role for someone who understands livestream commerce, audience engagement, urgency, and conversion.
Responsibilities include:
  • Moderating and driving luxury resale livestream sales across TikTok, Instagram, Whatnot, or similar platforms
  • Engaging viewers in real time to create momentum, urgency, and conversion
  • Supporting livestream execution, product flow, backend coordination, and audience interaction
  • Assisting with product listings across e-commerce platforms including Shopify and resale marketplaces
  • Managing inventory, organization, shipping workflow, and operational support
  • Helping optimize livestream performance, repeat customer engagement, and digital sales growth
  • Maintaining a polished, organized, visually elevated workspace aligned with a luxury brand
Qualifications Required:
  • Direct experience with livestream selling, moderation, or digital commerce sales
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and drive purchasing behavior
  • Comfortable selling luxury, fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-ticket products
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative without constant direction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to operational detail
  • Comfortable with Shopify, e-commerce workflows, or online selling platforms
  • Basic technical confidence with livestream setup and troubleshooting

  • TikTok Shop experience
  • Whatnot selling experience
  • Instagram livestream selling experience
  • Luxury resale or fashion sales background
  • Experience growing online audiences and repeat buyers
  • Experience in sales-driven livestream commerce environments
