What You'll Do As our Junior Web Coordinator, you'll help run the day-to-day operations of our Shopify storefronts and product launches. You'll be the go-to person for keeping product data clean, digital shelves organized, and the website functioning like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities Update product listings, prices, images, and categories on multiple Shopify stores Keep our digital merchandising clean, accurate, and timely Support marketing and product teams by launching new products on-site Troubleshoot front-end issues and coordinate with developers when needed QA all changes before they go live — nothing sloppy gets through Ensure seasonal collections and landing pages are refreshed and functioning Organize files, links, and assets for fast team collaboration What We're Looking For 1-2 years experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce CMS Highly organized and obsessed with detail — you triple-check your work Strong communicator who can follow up and follow through Comfortable with Google Sheets, product data, and eComm workflows Hungry to learn and grow with a company that's moving fast Bonus Points Experience with inventory tools (e.g., Sumtracker, Prediko) or POS systems Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Faire, or other marketplaces A creative eye for merchandising or experience working with visual assets
