Ownership / Executive Leadership About Gluska Gluska is a growing multi-brand organization operating across retail, wellness, CBD, and consumer products. Our portfolio includes established brands such as Green Planet and Bloomstem, with continued expansion into new product categories and ecommerce channels. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Director to lead and oversee all ecommerce operations, digital sales strategy, website performance, and online customer experience across our brands. Position Summary The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of all Gluska ecommerce websites, with primary responsibility for Green Planet and Bloomstem. This individual will own the ecommerce strategy from website optimization and conversion rate improvements to product launches, merchandising, promotions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where they can drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute the overall ecommerce growth strategy across all company brands. Drive online revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Identify opportunities to increase website conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs and implement data-driven improvements. Website Management Oversee the daily operation and performance of all ecommerce websites. Ensure websites are optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversion. Manage website updates, product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives. Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors to implement enhancements and resolve issues. Product & Merchandising Collaborate with product development and leadership teams to launch new products online. Manage product catalog organization, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and product content. Optimize product presentation, descriptions, imagery, and customer experience. Marketing Collaboration Partner with marketing teams to support paid advertising, email marketing, SMS campaigns, affiliate programs, and social media initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI. Work closely with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key ecommerce metrics including: Revenue Conversion Rate Average Order Value (AOV) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Present regular performance updates and growth recommendations to leadership. Team Leadership Lead and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors. Establish processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Assist in building and scaling the ecommerce department as the company grows. Qualifications 5+ years of ecommerce management or ecommerce leadership experience. Proven track record growing online sales for consumer product, retail, wellness, CBD, beauty, supplement, or ecommerce brands. Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce platforms. Experience with Google Analytics, conversion rate optimization, and ecommerce reporting. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple ecommerce brands simultaneously. Experience in CBD, wellness, supplements, beauty, or consumer packaged goods industries. Experience working with Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other online sales channels. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify ecosystem tools.
