The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to effectively manage our e-commerce platforms. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility. Utilize performance marketing techniques to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates across all digital channels. Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience. Analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals. Oversee social media management and marketing efforts to engage customers and promote products effectively. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Experience Candidates should possess a strong background in e-commerce management with the following skills: Proficiency in performance marketing strategies and tools. Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript and HTML. Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms. Strong understanding of social media marketing techniques. Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies. Proven ability to analyze data using SQL for actionable insights. Previous experience in SEO practices is highly desirable.
