Description Develop and implement a scalable measurement framework for digital platforms. Analyze performance data to drive revenue impact and forecasting models. Conduct rigorous lift measurement analyses using various testing methods. Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to inform decision-making. Monitor real-time site and customer behavior for trends and action points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical needs. Mentor team members to enhance analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build and execute measurement frameworks. Design and conduct performance analyses. Develop actionable insights from data. Maintain and update reporting tools. Collaborate with teams for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in digital or growth analytics in high-scale environments.
