Full-time, In-Office Position Summary The E-Commerce Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the company's online store by managing product listings, website content, promotions, inventory updates, and customer experience initiatives. This role works closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate and engaging online merchandising. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and category organization Update pricing, promotions, and inventory information across online platforms Assist with merchandising products and optimizing collections/categories Monitor website functionality and report technical or user experience issues Support SEO efforts through optimized product and category content Coordinate online promotions, banners, and homepage updates Support customer service inquiries related to online orders and website issues Perform quality checks on products, links, images, and site content Qualifications High school diploma or
