Skills & Experience Required:
Core Skills :
- Hands-on experience with
STIBO STEP PIM.
Strong understanding of:- Data modeling and taxonomy design.
- Business rules, workflows, and event-based processing.
- Experience in integration concepts (REST, messaging, file-based).
- Familiarity with JavaScript/Java-based extensions (preferred).
Functional Understanding:
- Knowledge of retail/eCommerce product data lifecycle.
Understanding of:
- Product catalogs.
- Attribute management.
- Digital content readiness.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work across teams and drive alignment.
- Ownership-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
