Wise Industries is looking for an organized, data-savvy Catalog Manager. You'll be the key link between our back office listing team, our marketplace performance, and our bottom line — ensuring that listings go live profitably, campaigns run effectively, and our business stays stocked with winners.

Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Marketplace Oversight Overseeing activation and visibility of all product listings across every active sales channel Ensure correct pricing and margins are maintained across all platforms Monitor live listings for accuracy, sell through, and competitiveness Make price adjustments based on data and trends Communicate with account managers from various sales channels and find opportunities Sales Performance & Profitability Track sales data across all marketplaces (Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Shein, Amazon, Temu, etc.) Analyze SKU-level performance and profitability Identify products that require reorders based on sell-through and demand Provide actionable weekly reporting to management Track and analyze return-related losses across all sales channels. Create presentable data-driven material for upper-management Ad Campaigns & Influencer Program Management Launch and manage Ad campaigns and creator partnerships Track performance of creators and campaigns by ROI and engagement Collaborate with influencers to promote key launches and move slow inventory

Requirements:

Experience managing e-commerce operations or marketplace performance Strong analytical skills — confident with Excel/Google Sheets and profit analysis Familiar with multi-platform seller tools and performance dashboards Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with inventory management software and related tools. Ability to manage multiple moving parts and meet deadlines

Compensation:
