$55,000 per year Wise Industries is a fast-growing ecommerce footwear company selling across multiple online marketplaces including TikTok Shop, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, SHEIN, and our direct website. We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee marketplace operations, pricing strategy, and platform profitability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has strong experience working with Google Sheets/Excel and ecommerce reporting. Responsibilities Manage all ecommerce sales platforms to ensure inventory is accurately listed and maintained Monitor product pricing across platforms and adjust pricing strategies as needed Run profitability and performance reports for each sales channel Analyze sales, margins, and inventory data using Google Sheets and Excel Identify stale or slow-moving inventory and coordinate markdown strategies Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure new inventory is listed quickly and accurately Manage TikTok affiliates, influencer outreach, and product sample distribution Track affiliate performance and help scale creator partnerships Monitor marketplace account health and operational performance Assist in improving internal systems, reporting, and operational workflows Qualifications Previous ecommerce or marketplace management experience preferred Strong Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills required Comfortable working with large datasets, reports, formulas, and internal systems Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company matching up to 3.5% Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding ecommerce company Schedule Monday to Friday (8AM - 4:20PM) Full-time In-person preferred How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your ecommerce or marketplace experience and your experience using Google Sheets/Excel.
