E-commerce Assistant (Bilingual Chinese/English Preferred)

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant with bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing online product listings, processing orders, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help drive our e-commerce success, supporting efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes across our digital platforms. Duties Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing in both Chinese and English. Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure timely delivery. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading shipments while maintaining safety protocols. Utilize AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and stock updates. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory replenishment using warehouse management systems. Prepare packages for shipment with proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Use RF scanners for accurate order picking & packing, ensuring high accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Support warehouse staff with stocking duties and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Skills Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for effective communication with team members and customers. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP software, and RF scanners. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and inventory control techniques. Strong basic math skills for counting items accurately and calculating measurements or quantities. Experience with order picking & packing procedures within an e-commerce environment. Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Warehouse experience including stocking, load & unload activities, and distribution operations. Compensation Hourly:
