Job Description
Sofidel America, a subsidiary of the Sofidel Group, is one of the leading manufacturers of tissue paper products for hygienic and household use. With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, Sofidel serves consumers and customers across North America through both branded and private label products. We are seeking a Ecommerce Sales Manager to support the growth and execution of our ecommerce strategy across private label, B2B, and retail ecommerce channels. This role will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving profitable sales growth, supporting strategic retail partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business results. This position is based in our Horsham, PA corporate office and reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales, Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of ecommerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share Manage relationships with key retail ecommerce customers, marketplaces, and private label partners Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional strategies, assortment recommendations, and pricing initiatives Support private label business development opportunities and customer growth strategies Analyze sales performance, market trends, retailer scorecards, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth Partner with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to support successful execution of customer initiatives Support pricing discussions, annual planning, trade investments, and commercial negotiations Monitor assortment, content quality, product availability, and digital shelf performance Present business updates, forecasts, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce sales, account management, retail sales, digital commerce, or omnichannel business environments Experience managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth within consumer packaged goods, retail, or private label environments Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and business reviews Experience working with Amazon and other major ecommerce retailers preferred Private label sales experience preferred Experience within tissue, paper products, household essentials, or other consumer packaged goods categories preferred Experience utilizing retailer portals, ecommerce analytics tools, and syndicated data preferred Why Join Sofidel America?
