8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible) Overview Join a Premium Bakery Brand in the food manufacturing industry as a Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist. This role supports new and existing product lines by ensuring accurate documentation, specifications, and FDA-compliant labeling for both domestic and international markets. Responsibilities- Support product lines with accurate, compliant documentation and labeling
- Update Bills of Materials and provide R D recipe documentation (RDP/RDU)
- Issue SOP changes and coordinate packaging/label content
- Maintain label databases and files in QAD and Bartender
- Adjust labeling based on production schedules and customer needs
- Create/update product specifications in Genesis
- Support international labeling and nutrition calculations
- Perform system updates and data entry for accuracy
- Assist with operational and process improvement projects
- Develop process flows (Visio) and track projects (Excel) Requirements
- 3+ years of technical admin experience in manufacturing
- Food manufacturing or finished goods experience preferred
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QAD, Genesis, Styleline, Bartender, or similar systems
