Position Overview The Retail Leadership & Business Operations Internship is designed for students interested in leadership, entrepreneurship, retail, and business operations. This paid internship provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing retail organization. Interns will work alongside company leadership and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations that drive the success of Stile by Per Lei and Per Lei. From inventory management and warehouse operations to e-commerce, merchandising, marketing initiatives, events, and new store openings, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing a broad understanding of how a multi-location retail business operates and grows.   • Support day-to-day business operations and special projects
  • Assist leadership with planning, organization, and administrative initiatives
  • Participate in business research and process improvement projects
  • Gain exposure to key retail performance metrics and reporting Inventory & Warehouse Operat ions
  • Assist with shipment processing and product receiving
  • Support inventory management and organization
  • Help prepare merchandise for store distribution
  • Participate in inventory counts and inventory-related projects
  • Assist with fulfillment of e-commerce and store orders E-Commerce & Website Manage ment
  • Support product setup and maintenance on the website
  • Assist with product merchandising and categorization
  • Help maintain product information, descriptions, and imagery Support initiatives that enhance the online customer experience Merchandising & Buying
  • Assist with merchandise organization and presentation
  • Participate in trend research and competitive analysis
  • Support visual merchandising and assortment planning projects
  • Gain exposure to inventory planning and buying processes Marketing & Event s
  • Support store events and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with event preparation and execution
  • Participate in marketing and content-related projects

  • Assist with new store opening initiatives
  • Support cross-functional projects across departments
  • Participate in strategic business growth initiatives
  • Gain exposure to the planning and execution required to scale a retail business Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate
  • Interest in retail, business, entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, operations, e-commerce, or fashion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace What You'll Gain
