The Position Details The Content Specialist manages the distribution of product information across multiple retailer websites. This person will manage quality control processes of data and is accountable for the accuracy of the company's data online. The Content Specialist will maintain relationships with dealer partners from the perspective of product information and customer experience. Job Responsibilities Publish products across various online retailer websites Maintain websites information - ensure product submissions and product page listings are accurate, up to date and meet ongoing specifications Maintain data accuracy and QA Identify, track and resolve technical tasks on the project Execute data verification scripts Maintain task documentation Assist in maintaining company content management solution Perform routine audits of systems and software You shall also perform any and all other duties and responsibilities related to your position of Content Specialist and such other duties and responsibilities assigned to you from time to time by the Company. Position Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to update, format, and manage product data (e.g., filtering, sorting, basic formulas) Comfortable working with large product data sets and maintaining accuracy across multiple SKUs Hands-on experience managing SKU setup, enrichment, and maintenance within Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems required Experience working in retailer portals and item onboarding systems (e.g., Item Data Management (IDM), Item Management Application (IMA), Syndigo, or similar) Understanding of e-commerce product content requirements, including attributes, imagery, descriptions, and compliance fields Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to gather, validate, and complete product information Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
