This role is responsible for translating product capabilities into compelling market narratives, equipping the sales team to win, and building the external relationships and programs that drive new revenue and attachment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing pricing strategy and sitting in a sales call — someone who can think strategically and execute commercially. Key Responsibilities Product & Market Strategy Own the commercial roadmap for LeadAR Evaluate upcoming product features and enhancements to determine: customer value, revenue opportunity, adoption potential, competitive differentiation Create positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing recommendations Ensure all LeadAR offerings are clearly articulated and consistently represented across all customer-facing channels Serve as the internal advocate for LeadAR's growth and market expansion Go-to-Market Execution Develop go-to-market strategies for all new feature and product launches Develop sales enablement materials that clearly communicate product value Translate product functionality into customer-centric business outcomes Create demo narratives, sales presentations, objection handling guides, and ROI messaging Sales Performance & Revenue Growth Partner with Sales Leadership to improve LeadAR sales performance Analyze sales conversion data and identify opportunities to improve close rates Develop and execute strategies to increase LeadAR adoption among Aesthetic Record customers Create cross-sell campaigns and sales motions that drive attachment Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to improve awareness and education Affiliate & Partnership Development Develop relationships with industry influencers, consultants, affiliates, and strategic partners Create programs that encourage third-party promotion of LeadAR Manage affiliate relationships and performance Analytics & Reporting Establish key performance indicators for LeadAR growth Create executive reporting that measures: revenue growth, product adoption, attachment rates, launch effectiveness, partner performance Make recommendations based on data and market insights
