Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to bring the Ecommerce Product Manager's strategy to life across all 4 of our brand websites. This role is the operational engine of the Digital Ecommerce team. You translate priorities and strategies into action, manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing precision, and keep every workstream moving on time and at a high standard. This Role requires flawless execution by staying organized across a high volume of concurrent tasks, knowing how to triage and prioritize when everything feels urgent, shifting seamlessly between brands without losing context, and catching problems before they reach the customer. What You'll Own Site Quality & Accuracy Daily QA across all 4 brand websites homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout, and promotional banners executed consistently and without prompting Product catalog
QA:
Titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, imagery, and inventory accuracy across all brands Customer-facing copy review: c atching grammar and spelling errors, flagging PDP misalignments, and routing correction requests to the appropriate brand team Maintaining a living UX issues log, triaged by severity, with timely escalation to dev, the Ecommerce Product Manager, or VP when warranted Promotional Execution Building and testing all promotional mechanics: discount codes, sale pricing, banners, and landing pages Owning end-to-end QA for every promotion before it goes live, no exceptions, no shortcuts Project Execution & Reporting Managing multiple active projects simultaneously with clear organization, documented status, and no dropped balls Delivering weekly progress reports on all active workstreams, including blockers, completions, and next steps Flagging and accurately assessing the severity of issues so the right people are looped in at the right time. Cross-Functional Coordination Executing cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Ecommerce Product Manager, ensuring each task is carried through with precision, clear communication, and a customer-first standard Acting as a reliable point of coordination between creative, development, and marketing teams across all 4 brands What We're Looking For Must-Have 2+ years of ecommerce experience (Shopify required.) An almost unreasonable eye for detail (you catch things others don't, and you've never let a typo slip past you) Highly organized and self-directed: you manage a large number of concurrent tasks without dropping anything Proactive communicator: you surface problems before being asked; you document everything; you never wait to be chased Strong Advantage Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously Familiarity with CRO principles A/B testing, conversion funnel analysis Comfort with project management tools (Asana) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, enough to spot front-end issues and communicate them clearly to developers Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their workload, and finds satisfaction in keeping many things moving at once. Managing strategy execution across 4 brands requires structure, self-direction, and the ability to stay steady when the volume picks up. What Success Looks Like at 90 Days Daily QA running consistently across all 4 brands with zero post-publish corrections on your watch All active projects tracked, organized, and reported on weekly — no surprises, no missing updates Promotional launches executed end-to-end with full QA and zero post-launch corrections Issues triaged accurately by severity the right escalations happening at the right time, without over- or under-escalating Strong working relationships established with creative, dev, and marketing teams — trusted to execute and communicate across all of them Product catalog data integrity maintained across all brands, with no discrepancies between what's shown and what's true About the Team You'll report directly to the Ecommerce Product Manager and collaborate daily with creative, development, and marketing teams across all 4 brands.
