Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive team member to manage RV parts listings, prepare parts orders, and handle customer inquiries. This role combines e-commerce operations with hands-on customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat (pre-sale and after-sale)
• Help customers identify correct RV parts and troubleshoot basic issues
• Create and update product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, specs)
• Ensure listing accuracy (fitment, compatibility, pricing)
• Coordinate with warehouse for parts preparation and order fulfillment
• Track and follow up on customer issues (missing parts, incorrect shipments, etc.)
• Maintain organized product and customer records

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in e-commerce or customer service
• Strong attention to detail (critical for parts compatibility)
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
• Interest or experience in RVs, trailers, or automotive parts is a strong plus
