Our E-Commerce team in Tacoma, WA store is seeking a Full Time E-Commerce Seller! This position does not offer remote work
Hourly Rate:

Position Summary:
E-Commerce Sellers take pictures and accurately describes the best of our donations, curated from the donations received from our stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The E-Commerce Seller responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Accurate description of wide range of items including unique/specialty items. Provide customer service as needed Mentoring less experienced sellers Research Capability Ability to do thorough research on items and determine their value. Item Processing Quickly and efficiently prepare items or groups of items for sale online.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Must have basic computer skills Requires accurate typing skills Prior experience working in production as well as an office setting preferred. Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding We Have You Covered!

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret detailed documents such as sales transactions, reports, policies and procedures.
Mathematical Skills:
Not required for this position.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills required.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an E-Commerce Seller
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Not required for this position.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
