Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.) Build, optimize, and maintain online sales channels Handle customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service Analyze sales data and improve online performance Support digital marketing and promotional activities
Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce sales and platform operations Ability to build and manage online stores independently Strong customer service skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus Bilingual ability preferred
