They play a vital role in achieving revenue targets and ensuring the successful execution of online marketing and sales initiatives.
Job Description:
E-Commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. Identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance the organization's online presence.
Website Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Coordinate with web developers and designers to implement necessary updates and improvements.
Product Management:
Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the e-commerce site. Utilize various online marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Customer Experience:
Focus on enhancing the customer experience on the e-commerce platform. Implement strategies to improve website navigation, checkout process, and overall customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze e-commerce data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and report results to management.
Sales and Conversion Optimization:
Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize the sales funnel to achieve higher revenue and profitability.
Customer Service:
Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Vendor and Partner Management:
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners involved in e-commerce operations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards. Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all legal requirements.
Budget Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
