50+ miles Job Description & Requirements About This Role You will be responsible for the core visual design work required for Falcon's standalone website and digital marketing efforts, including product presentation, campaign pages, promotional assets, and social media creative. The focus of this role is to consistently and efficiently produce high-converting visual content that combines product professionalism, a sense of technology, and the style of North American outdoor sports. Key Responsibilities Design visual assets for the standalone website, including primary product images, product detail pages, banners, and campaign pages Provide supporting design assets for social media content, influencer promotions, and digital marketing campaigns Continuously optimize page visuals and conversion-related assets based on operational needs Maintain design source files, asset versions, and basic visual standards to ensure stable, consistent, and reusable output for pages and promotional materials Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce visual design, graphic design, or digital content design Understanding of visual style preferences in the North American outdoor, hunting, or shooting sports market Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other mainstream design software Ability to independently complete e-commerce page and marketing asset design, with strong layout and aesthetic skills Ability to handle frequent asset delivery and multiple parallel tasks Portfolio required at the time of application, with priority given to work showcasing e-commerce pages, advertising creatives, and product visual cases Preferred Qualifications Design experience with outdoor gear, sporting goods, or consumer technology brands Basic video editing, motion graphics, or short-form video processing skills Legal Statement Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
