00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Description We are seeking an eCommerce Account Manager to own and grow our online sales channels within the sound healing and wellness market, with a primary focus on crystal singing bowls, meditation tools, and experiential wellness products. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day eCommerce operations across DTC and marketplace channels, optimizing performance, and serving as the main point of contact between internal teams and external platform partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities eCommerce Channel & Account Management Manage DTC (Shopify) and marketplace channels including Amazon, Etsy, and other wellness-focused platforms Launch new SKUs (including editing assets, writing description, etc.) Serve as the primary point of contact for platform, answer customer inquires Maintain product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and content accuracy Ensure operational consistency across channels, including promotions and fulfillment readiness Revenue & Performance Optimization Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and AOV across channels Identify growth opportunities through pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and merchandising Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives Track performance against goals and share insights with internal stakeholders Merchandising & Brand Execution Ensure product pages align with brand positioning, storytelling, and educational content Support product launches, bundles, exclusive offerings, and promotional setups Maintain consistent visuals, copy, and tone of voice across all platforms Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to support inventory availability and fulfillment Work closely with marketing, content, analytics, and operations teams Support reporting, forecasting, and regular business reviews Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, marketplace management, or DTC operations Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms Strong understanding of online merchandising, pricing, promotions, and marketplace dynamics Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required Preferred Qualifications Experience managing Amazon, Etsy, Shopify or other lifestyle/wellness marketplace accounts Familiarity with eCommerce growth strategies, including promotions and bundling Exposure to inventory planning or supply chain coordination Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams Interest in mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, or wellness products
