Job Description

Winheart Living is an emerging e-commerce company specializing in furniture and home goods, headquartered in Georgia with its own logistics center in the area. Currently, the company focuses on the US domestic market, with the future goal of gradually expanding its business throughout the Americas. In addition to B2C online sales, we also plan to expand our business to B2B corporate clients and trade show channels. Our vision is to create a furniture and home goods brand that combines high quality, strong design, and excellent value. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a professional with fluent English, experience in e-commerce operations and team building, to assist in the initial platform development and overall team building efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing e-commerce platform accounts (such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Target), product listing, listing optimization, and order and inventory monitoring.
Handle after services from all sales channels. Manage, optimize, and aggressively grow all online sales channels, including Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Tagrget and other online sales channels. Implement competitive pricing strategies that strike the perfect balance between high volume and maximum profitability. Monitor marketplace health, policy updates, and compliance standards to keep all store ratings excellent. Logistics, Shipping & Fraud Prevention Oversee daily online order fulfillment and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Establish and execute robust risk-management protocols to identify, determine, and prevent online fraud. Monitor shipping queues with a strict focus on security guidelines to protect the company from high-value asset loss. Marketing Strategy & Financial Planning Develop and execute data-driven eCommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand loyalty across all platforms. Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring an optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and alignment with company financial targets. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (sales, margins, traffic, and conversion rates). Customer Operations & Escalations Streamline and manage the processing of online returns and customer disputes. Analyze dispute data to minimize future return rates and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Expand and develop corporate clients, participate in industry exhibitions and offline promotions.
  • Customer service work, including the establishment, training, and daily management of the customer service team.
  • Execute administrative and financial-related tasks, and liaise with accounting and tax companies.
  • Responsible for product compliance matters.
  • Establish company process systems and manage company documents and data.
  • Coordinate communication between US and China teams, and support team building and personnel development.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above (majors in e-commerce, marketing, business administration, supply chain management, etc. preferred).
  • 5+ years of cross-border e-commerce/platform operation experience with demonstrable growth achievements; experience in team management and building systems from scratch is a plus.
  • Native-level fluency in English, able to independently conduct meetings and communicate externally.
  • Strong execution ability and results-oriented, able to drive projects to completion in uncertain environments.
  • Proficient in using Office software (especially Excel), with data analysis skills and business acumen.
  • Experience in furniture/home goods categories and experience with platforms such as Wayfair/Amazon/Target is a plus. Reporting Line and Work Arrangement

    Working Model:
    Primarily in-office; supports partial hybrid work (e.g., 1-2 days remote per week, depending on business pace and team arrangements)
